CB Equipements designs and produces in France tailor made equipments for food industry. Our areas of expertise are denesting, slicing, dosing, capping, conveying and end of line. We have recently launched a complete cheese slicing line enabling the slicing from the cheese loaf to the individual portion combining different slicing technics (guillotine, cutter, ultrasonic slicing) enabling an optimal result (precision and product quality preservation). Our equipments are compact, flexible (several recipes possible), easy to clean, easy to set up and can be safely used.

Our slicing solutions especially ultrasonic slicing are also adapted to products as sweet and savoury pastries, cured meats (pâté, foie gras, …), delicatessen products (sandwiches, pie shaped, …); sushi.
